• Provisional Admission: Online admission submission generates a provisional application ID. Final admission is subject to document verification, entrance test/interview evaluation, and physical seat availability.
• Eligibility Criteria: Students must satisfy the age, previous qualification, and Islamic educational prerequisites specified for each course (Nursery to Dars-e-Kharij).

2. Code of Conduct & Academic Discipline

Enrolled students and guardians must uphold the highest standards of moral and Islamic etiquette:

• Respect for faculty members, Madrasa staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
• Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance in both general and Islamic study modules to qualify for examinations.
• Strict adherence to the college dress code, prayer timings, and hostel regulations (for resident students) is enforced.
• Indiscipline, ragging, or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

3. Hostel & Transport Guidelines

Hostel accommodation and transport facilities are provided based on availability and compliance with institutional rules. Hostellers must follow quiet hours, meal schedules, and leave approval procedures set by the warden.
